The Wilson, located on 132 West 27th Street opened in October 2018 as a part of the hotel, INNSIDE by Meliá New york. The restaurant and hotel are located just steps away from the Empire State Building, The High Line, Madison Square Garden, New Hudson Yard and the iconic Macy’s.

Executive Chef Stephany Burgos infuses her Miami childhood and multi-cultural roots to create signature dishes like Almond Ricotta Ravioli, Blue Crab Carbonara, Falafel Waffle, and Brussels Sprout Tacos. The beverage team, helmed by Bar Manager Richard DePascale, creates a playful and inventive cocktail list that rotates seasonally. The open, airy design, internationally-influenced menu, and passionate service team set the stage for a hospitality haven at the intersection of the Chelsea and NoMad neighborhoods just South of Madison Square Garden and Penn Station.
The duplex space was designed by Dallago Associates, who took advantage of the large street frontage and al fresco dining to brighten up what used to be an industrial city block. Design highlights include a large bar and dining room that flows onto a year-round patio creating an energetic dining and cocktail experience. A sprawling staircase opens up to 30ft ceilings and a living moss wall in an expansive lower level dining room, perfect for events, private dining, and social gatherings.
The Wilson is named after the hotel’s bulldog mascot and celebrates canine companionship with a Dog Menu available exclusively in the venue’s outdoor areas. In addition to our four-legged friends, the restaurant is suitable for both intimate dinners and large group dining. The Wilson is open seven days a week serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and cocktails.
